As soon as your item is delivered, we advise you to:
• Check the items thoroughly for any physical flaws or transportation damage.
• Check to make sure you got the right products.
• To get a replacement for damaged goods, you must notify them within 7 business days after the delivery date.

Wrapping Up Your Return
Things must be returned within 15 days in their original condition; items that have been worn, cleaned, or used will not be accepted.
When returning an item, kindly enclose your invoice or a statement with your name, address, and order ID number.
A refund will be sent to the original method of payment after your item is received returned and discovered to be in its unaltered state. You will need to make a new order if you would like the alternative item in a different size.
Delivering Your Package To:
Items such as body jewelry, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, books, all poster kinds, CDs, and videos are not eligible for returns. Used, worn, or washed products may be returned at the customer’s expense but will not be accepted.
Customers are in charge of paying for return shipping. No refunds will be given for the original shipping costs, customs duties, or import duties.
